Bicron Electronics Company
acquired SMA, LLC, a solenoid manufacturer
located in Concord, NH. All manufacturing operations have been transferred
to Bicron's Connecticut operations.
This acquisition broadens Bicron's solenoid product offerings, technical
expertise and sales coverage of an already strong solenoid sales, customer
service, engineering and manufacturing organization. Traditional markets
served by Bicron's solenoid products include applications for Automotive,
Business Equipment and Machines, Camera and other Optic Systems,
Instrumentation, Medical Systems, and Electronic Locks for Security Systems.
