Bicron Expands to Include
Shindengen America, Inc. Solenoid Lines
To continue to maintain its leadership role in the North American solenoid market, Bicron Electronics Company has agreed to take over and support the standard solenoid activities of Shindengen America, Inc., beginning January 1, 2002. The addition of the Shindengen standard solenoids to the existing Bicron Electronics product line creates one of the broadest product lines in the industry.
In April 2001, Bicron had acquired the SMA Group, LLC, solenoid product lines which were well known for their innovative and high reliability solenoid designs. The addition of both the Shindengen and SMA Group product lines to the already well known Bicron solenoid product lines, has resulted in the availability a very broad selection of sizes, electrical characteristics and force ratings of C-Frame, D-Frame, Tubular, Push/Pull or Low Profile, Proportional, Wet On-Off, Miniature, Rotary, and Magnetically Latching Solenoids.
